Yuji is responsible for sourcing and managing all Silicon Valley based innovation initiatives for Kajima Corporation.  He works closely with start-up companies to assess technology and business applications to enhance Kajima business across the globe.

The Kajima innovation vision is to achieve a  "Construction as a Factory" (CaaF) model so operations, safety and productivity on site and off can be fully optimized.

Yuji brings over 17 years in the construction field to address this mission as a Project Engineer, primarily focused in Tokyo area subway projects.  Yuji has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Musashi Institute of Technology and a masters in Civil and Environmental Engineering from  the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
