After a 2017 sewage spill at the King County West Point wastewater treatment facility in Seattle, Washington, audit findings showed staff training to be an issue. Taqtile and Microsoft worked with King County to use Manifest™ augmented reality software on HoloLens devices to train staff and manage procedures.
