Leon Laroue is the Software Product Manager for ThinkReality at Lenovo. In his role, Leon oversees all roadmaps for the various software components that comprise ThinkReality’s total solution offering for commercial AR/VR, including development tools, on-device software, cloud platform and services, and turnkey solutions. Additionally, Leon works with third-party AR/VR partners to integrate them into the ThinkReality ecosystem as part of Lenovo’s device, cloud, and solution agnostic vision. Prior to his current role at Lenovo, Leon spent 3 years as a Technical Product Manager of Augmented Reality Solutions at Epson, where he helped manage Epson’s Moverio smart glasses business. Leon also worked as a software engineer at Goldman Sachs for 4 years developing enterprise derivatives trading software. Leon holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from UC Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business.
