Calvin is the manager of Clorox's continuous improvement group that focuses on manufacturing utilizing methodology from TPM. Lean, TOC and Six Sigma. Calvin's career has been focused on manufacturing in the Chemical Industry, Environmental and Consumer Products. He has been part of starting up two new facilities and has been a Plant Manager. As a Plant Manager, he leverage TOC to increase capacity over 44%. He has been a continuous improvement proponent his whole career but he officially became a practitioner in 2006. Over the last 14 years, he has practiced TPM, Lean, Theory of Constraints and Six Sigma. He has been on a learning journey and received his Lean Bronze Certification from SME in 2020.
