Event Code of Conduct
BrainXchange events are designed for practical, professional exchange. Everyone should be able to learn, network, and contribute in a respectful environment.
Expected conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, partners, volunteers, and staff are expected to participate respectfully and professionally. Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or unwelcome conduct is not acceptable at BrainXchange programs.
Participants should respect event staff instructions, session rules, sponsor and exhibitor spaces, speaker materials, attendee privacy, and venue policies. Sales conversations should be professional and appropriate to the setting.
BrainXchange may take action to address conduct concerns, including warnings, removal from a session or event, cancellation of access, or other measures appropriate to the situation.
