At Lowe’s stores, Josh explains, employees may be carrying something up to 90% of their time on the job; injuries and missing work are common. Josh discusses Lowe’s response to this problem, a collaborative effort with Virginia Tech and Lowe’s employees to develop and continuously improve an exosuit to ease the impact of repetitive lifting on workers.
