Peter Evans is a 20+ year veteran of the high-tech industry who specializes in integrating technology, creativity, and strategy to deliver breakaway growth for companies.

During his career, Peter has – Held roles managing P&L’s as CEO, or GM of organizations from startups to $1B in the Cloud, SW, Security and technology markets Held roles as CMO of 4 public companies with revenues from $300M to $12B in revenue. Triggered or driven acquisitions of four companies in the SW, Datacenter/Cloud/Hosting, telecommunications, and Internet Security markets. Peter is currently the CEO of Pristine Inc, a market leading software company re-inventing business operations and labor-based business models using Augmented Reality, HD Video, Smartglass, and other innovation.

Pristine counts amongst its customers numerous F500 customers who are digitally transforming their business operations. Peter Evans is a frequent keynote speaker at leading financial analyst briefings and trade industry events, such as VON, RSA, SuperComm, CTIA, and the Gartner and IDC IT Summits, typically speaking on industry trends, strategies, and approaches to leverage these trends for business advantage.

Evans holds bachelor’s degrees in applied mathematics and computer science from Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada. He also holds a master’s of business administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business from York University in Toronto.

In his spare time, when not building businesses, Peter likes to spend his time educating the world on the finer points of hockey, attempting to improve his tennis game, and continuing to be awe-struck daily by his children.
