As an Analyst at Lux Research, Mike Rolfes leads the Industrial Internet of Things Intelligence service – he regularly advises Global 1000 corporations, government agencies, and financial institutions on issues related to innovation, strategy, investments and partnerships, and product development in the rapidly growing Internet of Things space. Prior to joining Lux Research, Mike managed the Global Systems Engineering team at Dell EMC, where he regularly engaged in technology and platform architecture analysis, and aided in the development and release of dozens of new products. He has more than a decade of experience in the IT industry, and has held a number of roles crossing supply chain management, quality engineering, and product development. Mike holds an M.S. in Systems Engineering and Management from MIT, and a B.S. with honors in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.
