Justin Ha is a Director of Solutions Design at DHL Supply Chain. Justin is also DHL Supply Chain’s North American lead for the ‘Global Automation Practice,’ which is DHL Supply Chain’s global community responsible for researching and developing expertise in emerging technologies, such as robotics, augmented reality, drones, AGVs, and mechanization systems. During his 8+ years of experience in the supply chain industry, Justin has developed numerous logistics solutions for customers across multiple sectors including retail, consumer, automotive, technology, and life sciences & healthcare. The solutions range from conventional approaches to a highly mechanized solution, incorporating automation and innovative technologies in to the design of the facility and process. Justin has also led a number of supply chain network studies from regional to national scales, assessing the current situations to identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations for planning future direction. Justin received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from University of Toronto.
