Anna has extensive experience in HR and currently hold the position as VP People Group Supply at Ericsson. Her great interest in tech & digitization took her to Ericsson in 2019, where she now, among other things, is responsible for securing the future competence needs in an organization that is moving towards fully automated production and digitized supply chain.
By utilizing the power of virtual reality (VR) in the months prior to opening, new Ericsson employees were able to learn directly from peers in the company’s Tallinn smart factory, 8,000 km away.
