Rodney has been with Duke Energy since 2005. He develops and works with Power Delivery and the Chief Technology Officer for various innovation projects, including Marshall Steam Station Solar Field - PV, Battery Storage, Weather stations, and Mt Holly Demonstration Lab – Microgrid. Previously he spent 5 years as a Network Administrator for Charlotte Engineers where he was an engineering designer for the construction and renovation of commercial and residential buildings. He was responsible for the entire office network, ensuring security and productivity.
