With a team of over 500 IT professionals, Robin leads global technologies supporting UPS operations strategic platforms and The UPS Stores. She also oversees strong IT governance and information security compliance for end user development teams. Previously, she led the successful digital transformation of the global CRM platform. Her objective continues to be to enable valuable, relevant, personalized experiences to all UPS customers through the use of leading edge technology. Robin participates in numerous UPS steering committees, ensuring technology investments are aligned with business strategy and transformation goals. Prior to UPS, Robin has held executive roles in software and hardware engineering, chief technology officer, quality, marketing and customer service at HP and Tyco International Retail Security. Robin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering and MBA in Technology Management. She holds five patents and is a certified Salesforce.com administrator. Robin is active in the UPS Women’s Leadership Development BRG, Georgia State University MIS Advisory Board, Society of Women Engineers, Women in Technology International and Technology Association of Georgia.
