Peg Bollella as Senior Director, Lead, North America (NA) Primary Care (PC) Scientific Optimization and Excellence, is a key member of the Medical team and reports into the Head of NA PC Medical Scientific Communications. Peg leads a team which works cross functionally to integrate the Advisory Boards, Independent Medical Education (IME) and scientific exchange tools for NA PC Medical. Peg is responsible for a team of medical professionals who strive to develop and execute Advisory Boards, support of strategic, innovative medical education and the identification, development and implementation of scientific exchange tools to enhance scientific exchange across NA PC Medical Affairs. The collaboration of the team with various stakeholders, such as global medical, regulatory, legal, compliance, project management, marketing, and external partners has been a key component of the success of this team, further strengthening the PC franchise. Peg has held positions in medical affairs across various therapeutic areas in the pharmaceutical industry. Peg holds a PharmD from the University of Florida.
