Current Position at Colgate-Palmolive Director of Innovation focused on incubating new products and processes within the company with a focus on external partnerships. Recently launched first connected product at CP, a “Smart” Electric Toothbrush on sale exclusively at Apple. Incubating other Direct to Consumer and eCommerce products and distribution models within the company. As a member of the Global Engineering team I am working to identify and progress new innovation, IoT, and Factory of the Future initiatives. These technologies include the use of Wearables, Augmented Reality, 3D printing, machine learning and predictive analytics. Colgate is also rapidly adopting high speed automation and robotics to improve efficiencies and lower costs across the supply chain. Key role is to identify external partners including startups and academia to explore, develop, and test forward thinking technologies. We are a core member of the MIT Media Lab and Industrial Liason Program.
