For the EWTS 2021 Website:
Deadline: Wednesday, September 22, 2021

• Company Logo – High-resolution; .SVG, .EPS or .PNG with transparent background; file size limit is 1mb.

• Company Bio – 250 words or less + Social Media – Links to your company website and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)

• Related Materials – Multimedia content featuring your company, products and/or services (articles, YouTube videos)

For the Online Event Platform:
Deadline: Friday, October 1, 2021

• Featured Video – A pre-recorded video (suggested length 3 min.; max 5 min.) of your choice. We recommend recording a live demonstration of your product(s) and/or service(s), capturing what you'd say to an attendee who just walked up to your booth at an in-person event (i.e. your booth pitch). Alternatively, you can use an existing video.

• General Company Information

  • Logo: High-resolution version of your company logo. Suitable file formats are .SVG, .EPS or .PNG (with transparent background), and file size limit is 1mb. Any logos submitted in alternate formats may appear lower quality on the platform. Can be the same logo submitted for the website.

  • Cover Image: A high-resolution banner image (auto-resized) that will appear in the Exhibitor Zone

  • Tagline: Short company slogan (couple of words)

  • Bio: Description (150 words or less) of your history, solutions, and services in the space. Can be the same as on the website.

  • Online & Social Accounts: Links to your website and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)

• Content Collateral (Files & Videos) – Visitors to your digital booth can download and/or add materials you provide to their Digital Briefcase for later consumption. You’ll want to provide a range of digital collateral, such as blog posts, brochures, case studies, catalogues, FAQs, how-to videos, press releases, promo videos, presentations, technical guides, training videos, white papers, etc.

• Products – Upload detailed information about your solution(s), including product/service name, images, description, specifications, URL, and more. You might even include a special offer (ex. free trial, percentage discount, etc.)
