How Will it Work?

Program

• EWTS 2021 is a live, produced show with specific start and end times for presentations, especially on the 4 main conference days (Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27).

• All speakers will record their talks in advance.

• During the event, presentation recordings will be livestreamed at their scheduled times followed by live Q&A with speakers.

• Sessions will be made available on-demand following playback. Additional programming drops will occur throughout the month of October. 

Exhibition

• To simulate the traditional EWTS expo, there will be dedicated times for attendees to explore the Exhibitor Zone and interact with exhibitors on each of the 4 main conference days (11:30am-12:30pm PT Days 1-3; 12:00-1:00pm on Day 4).

• No presentations will take place at these times when we encourage exhibitors to schedule live product demos and other meetings.

• Attendees can - and we highly encourage them to - explore the digital expo anytime for on-demand information. They'll be able to see all the solutions available to their business and direct message exhibitors to set up 1:1 meetings in between the main conference days.
