Amanda Clarida is the Sales Training Development Manager with Volvo Trucks Academy. In her role, she supports all of the training development efforts for the sales team for both Volvo and Mack brand dealer sales professionals. She actively manages all team projects from vendor engagement through project sourcing, to budgeting and timeline, through to the acceptance of final project deliverables. She is proud to be part of a team that strives to consistently create quality learning solutions for their project sponsors by providing engaging learning experiences that drive business results. Amanda has worked in training and development for almost 20 years, in a variety of industries, and she enjoys all facets of the industry especially the interactions of the classroom environment. Amanda earned a BA in English/Pre-Law at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her MA in Human Resource Development at Clemson University. Most recently in 2019, she achieved her CPLP from ATD and is very proud of this accomplishment.
